Teen Begs For Juvi After Luring And Murdering Little Girl

The 14-year-old from Wisconsin who is accused of luring, killing, and then sexually assaulting 10-year-old Liliana “Lily” Peters in April waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday before his attorney announced he is looking to have the case transferred to juvenile court.

The juvenile suspect is being identified only with his initials, CTB-P. and was initially charged as an adult. He has pleaded not guilty.

Defense attorney Michael Cohen said he would be filing a reverse waiver Thursday requesting that the court sent the 14-year-old’s murder case to juvenile court.

Lily was on the way home from her aunt’s house when she disappeared in late April. She was on her bicycle, headed for her father’s house nearby.

CTB-P told police he enticed her into the woods, then punched her in the stomach and beat her with a stick or club before strangling her, according to prosecutors. Then he allegedly sexually assaulted her deceased body.

Afterward, he went home, changed his clothes, and then returned to hide her body under some leaves.

Search teams found the little girl’s bike in the woods, and the next day investigators found her remains nearby.

“The suspect was not a stranger,” Chippewa Falls Police Chief Matthew Kelm said during a news briefing after CTB-P’s arrest. “The suspect was known to the victim. We do not believe there is any danger to the community at this time.”

The juvenile suspect has been charged as an adult with intentional homicide and was being held on $1 million bond.

“Protection of [the] community also is necessary in this case given his statements regarding his intentions and his statements regarding that when he did get off the trail, he punched the victim in the stomach, knocked her to the ground, essentially strangled her, hit her with a stick, before strangling her to the point of death — before he then sexually assaulted her,” Chippewa County District Attorney Wade Newell told the judge at an April 27 bond hearing.

The suspect was being held in a juvenile detention facility and appeared in court remotely.

CTP-B faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual assault and first-degree sexual assault with a child under age 13 resulting in great bodily harm. He could face life in prison if convicted on the top charge.

In Wisconsin, homicide defendants above the age of 10 years old can be tried in adult court.

CTB-P’s next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 29.

Florida Woman Makes A Wish And Is Taken Straight To Jail

A woman from Florida is sitting in jail on a felony narcotics charge after she approached a cop and asked, “Can you arrest me? I have drugs on me.

Police were handling a call Tuesday night outside a St. Petersburg bar when Chelsi Leahy, 30, reportedly requested to be busted by a corporal with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

According to reports the suspect “removed two small baggies from her pockets” and presented them to the cop, claiming they contained methamphetamine.

Leahy was arrested for a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Cops say the substance weighed about two grams.

Upon issuing a field test on the substance, a positive result for meth was returned, according to a criminal complaint which states that Leahy showed an “Indication of Drug Influence.”

In lieu of $750 bond, Leahy is being held in the county jail. Her record includes drug possession, theft, tampering with a motor vehicle, forgery, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Assassination Of The Vice President FAILED On Live TV

On Thursday, a man allegedly pointed a handgun at Argentinian Vice President Cristina Fernández and attempted to shoot her outside her home in Buenos Aires.

The apparent assassination attempt failed, according to President Alberto Fernández, who is not related to the vice president.

“A man pointed a firearm at her head and pulled the trigger,” said the president.

The Argentine president called the attempted assassination “the most serious incident since we recovered democracy” in 1983 and urged political leaders and society at large to condemn it.

The vice president, who previously served as Argentina’s president from 2007 to 2015, was embroiled in controversy last week when a prosecutor called for a 12-year sentence as well as a lifetime ban on holding public office.

The call was made in response to allegations of public works corruption leveled against Fernández during her presidency.

The vice president has denied all charges, and her supporters have gathered on the streets surrounding her home to show their support.

The president spoke shortly after a video of the assassination attempt was broadcast on local television channels, showing Fernández exiting her vehicle surrounded by supporters.

A man was seen extending his hand while holding a handgun before pulling the trigger inches from her face.

The vice president ducked as stunned supporters looked on at the apparent murder attempt.

Authorities reportedly detained the man, whose identity was not released, within seconds.

According to the president, the gun had five bullets and “didn’t fire even though the trigger was pulled.”

There was no indication that the vice president was injured, and it is unclear where she was taken after the events.

Security told the local news, “A person who was identified by those who were close to him who had a gun was detained by (the vice president’s) security personnel.”

A video of an elderly woman being dragged out of a ride-share car and robbed by her driver in Brooklyn went viral Wednesday.

The 78-year-old woman arranged for an Access-A-Ride on Wednesday to attend her physical therapy appointment. She told police that the driver had refused to let her out of the car after she realized he had gone past her requested drop-off point.
After a verbal exchange, the man stopped the car and dragged the woman by her leg out of his car. A samaritan who witnessed the assault realized the man had stolen the woman’s cell phone. He filmed the altercation between the driver and the elderly woman as she screamed, “call the police! He robbed my phone” and then he shared the video on Twitter.

  • New Study On The Sex Lives Of The Religious Yields Shocking Results

New Study On The Sex Lives Of The Religious Yields Shocking Results

A new study released Friday shows that religious people in Britain have sex less often than people who are not, however, it is more satisfying sex than that of non-religious people, according to the Journal of Sex Research.

The study used data from the British National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles. The study surveyed 15,162 men and women aged 16 to 74. The response rate for the survey was 57.7%.

Among the men surveyed, 11% said religion and religious beliefs were very important to them, while 16% of women agreed. Women and men who view religion as very important reported having less sex on average but also reported higher levels of sexual satisfaction.

The study determined that religious people had sex less frequently due in large part to attitudes on the proper context for sexual relationships.

“[H]igher religiosity has been found to be associated with delayed initiation of sexual intercourse, reduced likelihood of engaging in casual sex, and having fewer sexual partners,” the study concluded.

The study also found that religious couples engaged in behaviors that increased relationship quality, such as expressions of kindness, love, affection, and spending time together, which contributed to sexual satisfaction.

“Thus, higher sexual satisfaction among religious individuals may at least partly be attributed to higher investment in long-term partnerships and relationship intimacy.”

Cop Serves Unruly Woman A Toxic Round Of Justice

A video of a New York police officer hitting a woman square in the face and leaving her laid out on the sidewalk has gone viral on Social media.

The barbaric punch happened in mid-August in Harlem, but the video is just now circulating online — it shows a group of officers in the middle of a crowd. NYPD says they were trying to arrest a man in connection with attempted murder.

That’s when the officer hauls off and lands a crushing blow to the woman’s face. She immediately falls backward and hits her head on the pavement.

Witnesses on the scene were stunned, and one man is heard yelling at the cop, “Why would you do that?!”

It’s unclear if she lost consciousness, but moments later officers had her up on her feet and in handcuffs.

NYPD is describing the incident as self-defense saying, “While police were effecting the arrest, multiple individuals on scene interfered by physically assaulting numerous officers. One officer sustained a minor injury to the head.”

Two women were charged with assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration — one of them was additionally charged with menacing and harassment, and a third woman was accused of spitting at an officer.

It’s unclear which of those women is the punching victim from the video. As of now, NYPD has not announced any discipline for the officer.

  • GAP Does Kanye Dirty By Taking Over Behind His Back

GAP Does Kanye Dirty By Taking Over Behind His Back

The partnership between Kanye West and GAP has fallen on hard times with Ye calling out the retail giant for not inviting him to meetings and copying his designs.

West has been on a tirade for two days straight, first announcing Tuesday, “Gap held a meeting about me without me?” Then on Wednesday posting a text exchange with someone alleging that GAP copied Yeezy GAP Engineered by Balenciaga’s designs on a standard GAP T-shirt.

West also claims GAP backed out of a shoot with his kids, writing, “But they canceled the photo shoot with my kids in Japan without me knowing.”

Of course, Kanye’s Yeezy GAP line has been very successful thus far, with impressive online and in-store sales. However, it seems the relationship has become rocky, with West not having as much of a voice in the business operations as he intended.

West faced heavy criticism online for the “trash bag” displays of the products but he declared he would not apologize for being an innovator.

It’s been a little over two years since Kanye and GAP announced their collaboration but as stands now, it’s not looking hopeful for two more.

Chris Rock Crossed The Line Again With Distasteful Jokes

Chris Rock making jokes about the late Nicole Brown Simpson’s murder didn’t go over well with the public, and her family is outraged.

Tanya Brown, Nicole’s sister, said Rocks crack wasn’t funny, nor did it make sense. She says equating getting slapped at the Oscars to a gruesome double homicide is nowhere near the same- so, she thinks it’s lacking in logic and a basic connection.

Tanya said his attempt at humor was distasteful, to say the least, and offensive to the extended family.

Tanya pointed out that there are still surviving family members dealing with Nicole’s death and this type of stuff hits close to home and hurts people.

Tanya says she thinks Chris could’ve used any other analogy to make his point … and didn’t have to bring up something that doesn’t even relate — coming off as tacky as a result. She believes comedians should be held accountable for what they say, including Chris.

Chris is definitely being called out by a lot of people online, who also thought the joke was in very poor taste.

  • Judge Puts Tyrese Gibson In His Place

Judge Puts Tyrese Gibson In His Place

The judge got hot during some of Tyrese Gibson’s divorce proceedings — specifically when Samantha’s attorney questioned him about his finances, and Gibson got smart with him. Samantha’s lawyer pointed out Gibson made more than $2 million in 2018, that same year he claimed to have been in financial ruin. Tyrese responded, “I don’t do the CFO thing. Here’s a question to you, smart person …” But the judge cut him off with a quickness and shouted, “You don’t ask questions! That’s not how this works!!” He threatened to hold Gibson in contempt if he couldn’t control himself.

Gibson is officially single and will be heavily investing in his child’s future, at least that’s how the judge advised him to view the $10k he’ll be paying in monthly child support.

Gibson’s courtroom battle with his estranged wife, Samantha Lee wrapped up Tuesday evening in Georgia with the judge ordering the actor to pay $10,690/month in child support for the couple’s daughter Soraya.

The judge spoke directly to Gibson saying … “This is not a punishment for you. Put that money where it belongs, in the child! The judge also advised Samantha and Tyrese not to bad mouth each other in front of Soraya — and said Tyrese should be happy if his ex moves into a better house because it means a better standard of living for his daughter.

Tyrese is already paying $10,690/month in child support for his teenage daughter, Shayla, who lives in California with his ex-wife Norma Mitchell.
