For a while there, we thought that maybe Andrew Cuomo just had a really bad PR person. Perhaps he had hired someone on account of an owed favor, or worse, maybe he accidentally hired family.

Regardless of the reality of the situation, the New York Governor’s response to the snowballing sexual harassment scandal engulfing his office has been abysmal, with a number of not-so-subtle reminders of just what a creep the guy truly is.

This week was no exception.

Cuomo spoke to the media Monday morning joined virtually by Rev. Al Sharpton, urging New Yorkers to get vaccinated and encouraging more houses of worship to open up coronavirus vaccination sites. While on his way out, Cuomo received a vote of confidence from a woman waiting outside.

“I love you and you better stay where you are, we’ve got your back,” the woman called out to the governor.

Cuomo smiled while pulling down his mask and asked if the woman had been vaccinated yet.

“I love you,” she said again. “We love you, we need you at the finish line, you better stay.”

“OK, I’m not going anywhere, darling,” Cuomo responded before leaving.

Cuomo’s mounting scandals have become more frequent, presenting plenty of opportunities for the Governor’s Democratic Detractors to get their licks in.

Now, despite the rapidly deteriorating situation, Cuomo remains indignant about the possibility of resigning.

As the Department of Health and Human Services works to open another facility for migrant children who have been left unaccompanied in Pecos, Texas, Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector have started processing and releasing those who crossed the border illegally who claim asylum while failing to issue a Notice to Appear, which would give them the right to depart custody sooner without having a set date for a hearing.

Now, it is the responsibility of the migrant to schedule an asylum hearing with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement or personal legal assistance.

This new process was confirmed by several Border Patrol agents who admitted they were told to use prosecutorial discretion in order to avoid filling out the paperwork needed to issue an NTA, which can take hours for an individual or family.

A member of the Customs and Border Protection said officials were considering the action because the overwhelming crisis at the border has “become so dire that BP [Border Patrol] has no choice but to release people nearly immediately after apprehension because there is no space to hold people even to do necessary NTA paperwork.”

According to a spokesperson from the Office of Refugee Resettlement, “While ORR has worked to build up its licenced bed capacity to almost 13,500 beds, additional capacity is urgently needed to manage both enhanced COVID-19 mitigation strategies and the increasing numbers of UC referrals from DHS.”

Chief Alejandro Mayorkas of the Department of Homeland Security said that border crossings could soon be higher than they have in the last 20 years. In February alone, the CBP encountered over 100,000 migrants at the border and the number of child migrants in custody have increased dramatically.

The Biden administration has been working to increase the capacity of facilities to house these migrants as well as looking at using NASA sites and military bases as locations for extra facilities.

In New York State, you would be hard-pressed to find many elected officials who are still clinging to hope that Governor Andrew Cuomo can turn his political career around.

The Empire State Democrat is in serious trouble thanks to many stories of sexual misconduct, the most recent of which have revolved around a half dozen women who’ve accused Cuomo of sexual abuse and harassment.

But perhaps his most horrid controversy has been lost in the mix, at least in the national media. One New York State lawmaker hasn’t forgotten, however, and he’s issuing a stern warning for the Governor.

As mourners gathered outside a Brooklyn nursing home nearly a year after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued a directive requiring them to admit residents with coronavirus, Democratic State Assemblyman Ron Kim promised accountability.

Kim, whose uncle died in a nursing home after exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, spoke at the “We Care Memorial Wall” on Sunday, joining others who lost loved ones.

Kim has been a vocal critic of the governor after he claimed Cuomo wanted him to help cover up his administration’s intentional withholding of statistics of nursing home deaths. Kim claims that Cuomo threatened to have him “destroyed” after he refused to go along with Cuomo’s explanation for why the data was kept from state lawmakers.

Kim did not mince his words.

“This is about decent human beings coming together taking on the most powerful politician in the state of New York because together decency will win,” he said. “And together we will get to the truth. And that’s why I know–I know that this governor will be held accountable, that I know that his reign of abusive power will end soon. Because there are way too many decent people in the city of New York to let this guy go unchecked.”

Cuomo has consistently refused to resign in recent weeks, despite a number of high-profile members of his own party demanding that the controversy-plagued politician hang it up.

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro slammed Vice President Kamala Harris for refusing to speak publicly about the mounting number of sexual harassment allegations against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Pirro suggested that the nation’s top female political figure should have a more active role in advocating on behalf of his accusers.

Pirro’s remarks came at the end of her weekly segment of Justice With Judge Jeanine with this week’s episode focusing on the growing controversy surrounding Cuomo. Earlier, another woman came forward with claims against the governor of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior making a total of seven women who have made similar accusations over the past several weeks.

Numerous Democratic and Republican figures have spoken out on the severity of Cuomo’s alleged actions and are calling for his resignation. Thus far, Harris has had nothing to say about the allegations. Pirro lashed out at the vice president as the first woman and the first person of color to assume such a position, for not doing more.

Pirro called Harris a “fraud,” a “phony” and “a woman without a moral core” while condemning the vice president for not addressing the Cuomo scandal or articulating support for his resignation.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki discussed President Biden’s position during a briefing last week.

“The President believes that every woman who’s come forward — there have now been six, I believe, who have come forward — deserves to have her voice heard, should be treated with respect, and should be able to tell her story,” said Psaki. “There also is an independent investigation that is ongoing, of course, in the state, with subpoena power overseen by the attorney general, and he certainly supports that moving forward.”

It may come as no surprise that some of the major companies that many of us use on a daily basis are actually donors to President Joe Biden’s Inauguration Committee. Can you guess who they are?

The Biden Inaugural Committee released a list with all of their donors who contributed more than $200. However, they did not specify how much each one donated. Among that list are Google, Microsoft, and Verizon.

So big tech is not only donating to Biden, but they are also working to censor and shut down Conservatives on every platform possible.

A communist thinks he has a little bit of power and suddenly his pack is emboldened. It’s a dangerous slope we are standing on.

News that Google donated to the inaugural committee comes amid conservative furor after the tech company said it would suspend social media platform Parler’s listing from its Play Store, citing a failure to moderate “egregious content” related to violence at the U.S. Capitol this week.

In addition, Big Tech employees have landed top posts on the Biden-Harris transition team and Republicans are raising concerns that the additions to the team and the next administration are “evidence” that Silicon Valley “works hand in glove” with Democratic politicians.

At least nine different Biden transition team members or advisers previously held positions at Facebook, Google, or Twitter. And several transition team members worked in the Obama administration before joining one of the tech giants and then later reentering politics as part of the Biden team.

Some other corporations and organizations on the donor list include: Comcast, Qualcomm, Boeing, United Food and Commercial Workers and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

To this day, Joe Biden has still not held a press conference. It has now been over 50 days. That is the longest period of time in the last 100 years that a sitting president has gone without giving one.

Finally, he announced when he will be giving one and that date will be on March 25th.

Administration officials tried to justify his lengthy absence from the podium by saying he regularly has been taking questions from reporters in informal settings.

Former President Trump waited 27 days into his presidency to hold a press conference, former President Obama waited just 20 days before holding one, and former President George W. Bush waited 33 days before taking questions from the press in a formal setting.

“The president takes questions several times a week,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters last week. “[W]hich is an opportunity for the people covering the White House to ask him about whatever news is happening on any given day.”

We all know that this is just a BS excuse for him to not do one because he is completely inept. Every time he shows up in public, he destroys his image a little more, though there really isn’t much left of it.

We’ve seen him make little appearances where he “takes a question or two from the media”. These are obviously pre-screened questions.

But that’s not the real story here.

The real story comes in that little moment in which he “took questions” about if he’s going to visit the border anytime soon. Watch Biden’s hands very closely in this video clip.

His hand passes right through the microphone. Two of them actually. If it OBVIOUS that these are not there but have been interposed into the video, probably to make it seem like there are many more reporters there to make it seem more legitimate.

A Los Angeles County judge on Friday gave authorization to the City of Burbank to cut off electricity to a restaurant that remained open in defiance of a court order issued earlier this week.

The Los Angeles Superior Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order against Tin Horn Flats on Monday, March 8, demanding that the restaurant close and not reopen without a County Health Permit and a City Conditional Use Permit.

Despite the official order, the restaurant remained open so the court gave word to the city to kill the power after giving a 24-hour notice.

The city said that the court did not provide permission to padlock the restaurant’s doors but “continues to reserve such a remedy as a last resort.”

The city says it took civil action against Tin Horn Flats after the restaurant broke the state and local in-person dining ban that was issued in December.

In late February, the city adopted a resolution to revoke the “Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Tin Horn Flats for allegedly violating the Los Angeles County Health Officer Orders “in a manner which endangers the public health, safety and welfare, and creates a public nuisance.”

A hearing on a preliminary injunction is scheduled for March 26. At the hearing, the judge could continue the closure order and further orders during the period while the litigation is pending.

Hours before the Los Angeles judge authorized Burbank to cut electricity to Tin Horn Flats, the restaurant posted a quote from Thomas Jefferson, with a caption that stated: “I simply will NEVER comply. Not for any reason and not from any advice from anyone.”

“I chose to disobey rules that have zero science behind them and rules that directly threaten my livelihood needlessly,” the caption read. “These people implementing and following these rules do NOT represent my values nor my beliefs. I will go down with my ship if need be.”

According to the restaurant, its power was turned off on Saturday, and made an Instagram post asking the public for help to fund a generator and lights. They also said they will be open on Sunday for a BBQ.

A small plane came crashing down and collided with a car traveling in a Florida neighborhood Monday before skidding and bursting into flames, killing the two passengers inside the aircraft.

The two people in the single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza were killed instantly and an adult and child inside the vehicle were injured. The identities of the two killed were not released.

The plane crashed in Pembroke Pines, 25 miles north of Miami, shortly after taking off around 3 p.m. from the North Perry Airport, the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement. The cause of the crash has not been determined and is being investigated.

A video taken from a Ring security camera in a nearby home captured the crash. The footage shows the plane crashing nose-first into the vehicle before skidding on the street. A ball of fire erupts as the aircraft breaks up into pieces.

Messages to the Pembroke Pines Police Department were not returned.

The woman and child in the vehicle were transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition. The age of the child was not disclosed.

When we think about the legendary giant ape known as “Sasquatch”, we often find ourselves subconsciously placing the beast in some lush, dense pine forest, likely in the Pacific Northwest.

This isn’t surprising, as that part of the country is where the legends and sightings of the creature are still the most prevalent, and where a majority of the creature’s most important “evidence” was derived from.

But there are plenty of places far from the northwest where individuals have had experiences with the mythical creature, and it seems as though some pranksters decided to use this to their advantage.

Kentucky residents were likely either amused or bewildered by an official-looking notice that made the rounds on social media and cautioned that Bigfoot had been spotted near the state’s waterways. The odd announcement reportedly popped up on several localized social media groups earlier this month and, as such strange posts tend to do, wound up being shared widely by people online. Emblazoned with the official logo of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, the cleverly crafted but ultimately bogus bulletin supposedly served as a ‘Sasquatch Warning.’

Some folks may very well have been fooled.

Since the warning appeared online at around the same time that a genuine state of emergency was declared because of the aforementioned flooding, it’s understandable how some Kentucky residents might actually believe that Bigfoot was seen roaming the area. Of course, that was not the case and the state’s Department of Fish & Wildlife Resource quickly squashed the Sasquatch rumor, indicating that the warning was fake and local police departments to not share the notice online. The U.S. Forest Service was forced to issue a similar statement back in 2018 when a prankster produced an announcement proclaiming that officials in Montana were on the lookout for Bigfoot following a series of sightings.

As of this writing, no one has come forward to claim the prank as their own.

I grew up in Georgia and I know for a fact that most of the state is conservative and Trump supporters. Yes, when you get into Atlanta, you’re going to have a lot more liberals, but not enough to sway the vote to Democrat, especially when he was winning by a commanding lead the night before.

All we’ve been wanting this whole time is a fair audit. There have been recounts, but that doesn’t matter. You can count fake ballots as many times as you want and you’re still going to get the same number. What needs to happen is a proper audit to inspect the authenticity of the ballots.

President Trump tried to get this done and even spoke on the phone with Governor Brian Kemp and the Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger to try and convince them to just do an audit. Why wouldn’t they, after all? What is the harm honestly?

Georgia has been riddled with a lot of funny business when it comes to the election, even the election that occurred in January for the two Senate seats in which two Democrats won both of those. How is possible to lose Senate seats, but gain so many House seats? Doesn’t make a bit of sense if you ask me.

Now, we’re finally getting somewhere…maybe, as a judge ruled that the group “VOTER GA” can now unseal and inspect ballots from Fulton County to see if there are any invalid votes.

According to Georgia Star News:

Henry County Judge Brian Amero on Monday conditionally granted members of a Georgia-based coalition the right to unseal ballots from last November’s presidential election in Fulton County.

Members of that group, VOTER GA, may now inspect those ballots for evidence of voter fraud.

Amero’s decision “is almost unprecedented in Georgia history,” said VOTER GA spokesman Garland Favorito.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump lost Georgia’s electoral votes to current U.S. President Joe Biden.

The Georgia Star News asked Favorito if he and his hundreds of volunteers might find enough evidence of voter fraud in Fulton County to tip the Georgia election in favor of former U.S. President Donald Trump?

“That’s possible,” Favorito said.

Favorito said Fulton County officials have long resisted VOTER GA’s attempts to inspect their ballots.

“We have sworn affidavits from several poll managers who say they handled counterfeit ballots during the hand count audit because those were mail-in ballots that were not marked with a writing instrument like a mail-in ballot should be,” Favorito said.

“And they appeared to be on suspicious paper stock.”

I hope that they would find enough solid evidence and that it would trigger a massive search in other states as well.
