A Son’s Horrid Confession Will Give You Chills

A man was arrested Sunday after driving his vehicle into a crowd in Pennsylvania and confessing to murdering his mother the day before.

Adrian Oswaldo Sura Reyes, 24, was charged with two counts of criminal homicide after confessing to driving a vehicle into a crowd at a community fundraiser in Columbia County, killing 50-year-old Rebecca Reese and injuring 17 others.

Shortly after arriving, police received another call about a male suspect assaulting a female. Upon arrival at that location, officers found the suspect’s mother, 56-year-old Rosa Reyes, dead.

Reyes had gotten into a heated argument with his mother before driving into the crowd. After leaving her home, he drove past the crowd, but turned around and drove directly into the gathering.

When Reyes drove home, he became enraged when he saw his mother standing outside and ran into her with his car. He then got out of the car, retrieved a hammer, and hit her in the head four or five times, killing her.

Reyes waved to reporters as he was transported by law enforcement and said “hi,” as seen in a video shared on Twitter. He was denied bail and is being held at the Columbia County Correctional Facility.
