Privileged Movie Star Goes Off On A COVID Rant During Filming

Tom Cruise went off on the set of his new movie “Mission: Impossible 7” after he saw members of the production team not following coronavirus safety guidelines.

Now the Hollywood start’s rant has gone viral and the whole crew is on edge.

According to a source, “They believe [the rant] had a lot to do with his ego. Good intentions aside, he didn’t need to rant and rave the way he did.”

The insider source mentioned that everyone on set is now “walking on eggshells.”

Cruise has been in production for the new movie all over Europe during the pandemic. Audio of his outburst went public and he can be heard yelling and scolding the crew after he saw employees not wearing proper face coverings.

The 58-year-old actor said the set of the film should be the “gold standard” of shooting.

“They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us,” Cruise ranted. “We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf—ers. That’s it. No apologies. You can tell it to the people that are losing their f—ing homes because our industry is shut down.”

He continued, “We are not shutting this f—ing movie down. Is it understood? If I see it again, you’re f—ing gone.”

Cruise reportedly feels immense pressure to finish filming because not only is he an executive producer on the project, he also paid out over $600,000 of his own money to have two cruise ships house cast and crew for the film.

On-set sources explained that Cruise is under a lot of stress to maintain production of the movie during a time where filming could be shut down at any moment.

“It’s hard to [describe] how incredibly intense and focused he is on making every movie the absolute best possible,” said a production source. “The ‘Mission: Impossible’ movies are very special to him. They are ‘his’ movies. Tom helped set up the COVID protocol. Of course, he takes it personally when the protocol is broken.”
